We’re excited to welcome your dog into our home. To keep things safe, fun, and stress-free for everyone, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions. Let us know if you have any questions—we’re here to help! 🐶💛

• Dogs must be non-aggressive and not exhibit excessive anxiety or destructive behaviours.

• We do not accept undesexed male dogs over the age of 8 months old.

• We do not accept female dogs in heat.

• We reserve the right to decline any dog that may pose a risk to others or our home environment.

• Day care hours: 6am - 6pm

• Overnight boarding is charged on a 24-hour basis. Pick-up beyond the 24-hour window will incur an additional day care fee.

• No late pick-ups (after 6:00 pm). Dogs will have to be picked up the next day during opening hours, and an automatic overnight charge will be applied.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all standard bookings. Full payment is due on or before drop-off.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start will forfeit the deposit (or full payment during peak periods).

• Christmas and holiday period bookings must be paid in full by 1st November to secure your spot. If not paid by this date, the booking may be cancelled and offered to another client.

• No refund for Cancellation over the Christmas / New Year period if not cancelled by 1st of December.

• In case of emergency, we will contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense.

• All owners must sign a waiver of liability before their dog’s stay begins.
